Younger british/irish/scottish looking children, boys and girls alike are in an older looking school dancing around and such, and periodically move into slow motion.

Specific scenes:

A girl washes her hands at a sink, then walks backwards shaking them off in slow motion rhythm to the song.

A boy is writing on a chalkboard, then slams his hand on a desk, and everything else in the room explodes up into the air in slow motion.

Several of the kids have headshots against a dark background where something blowing wind/air across their faces in slow motion.

Two boys splash each other with... chocolate milk or something.

Most of the kids are wearing plain clothes, like wifebeaters, or have a drab look about them.

The whole thing is moody looking and has a dark appearance.


Any ideas? It would be something in the last 5 years I believe, but maybe not.
