You should e-mail them indicating your dissatisfaction. Every time I have dealt with their customer service they strive to make me happy, often going the extra mile.
Let them know they failed to meet the maximum date specified on your shipping and you would like to be compensated; perhaps you will get money back or a coupon off next purchase or something. |

You should e-mail them indicating your dissatisfaction. Every time I have dealt with their customer service they strive to make me happy, often going the extra mile. They've for free upgraded the shipping before too,when it was their responsibility for not getting the package out on time. Don't be an ass though,just calmly explain what happened. |
