Default Car Question - Odd sound from engine
This thing sort of "naps" all the time.

What is it?

EDIT:

This "nap"ing only appears when gas/thorttle is being used. When it's plugged off (you can see the electrinc wire going in there too) it stops.
It seems that it's "empty" and it naps because of it. Maybe gasoline doesn't go thorugh there or something. Yet if it's "turned off" it has no affect on anything...

EDIT 2: Hats off to Dracom_ma! It's EVAP that is keeping the odd sound. Now the question is that why does it do that and should it be replaced. I know for sure that it's not "dangerous".

Looks to me like it's either the EVAP or the Vaccum switching valve.

Valve tapping? Happens to my car on occasion. Goes away after a few minutes.
