I go into hospital friday to have my fourth operation in two years on a pilonidal sinus i have ( do not for the love of god google it!) im a bit nervous but ive had two operations on it already so i kinda know what to expect.
Wish me luck guys! i will try to handle it like a true Fm'er!

Ahh, yea, I had/have one....but it closed up on it's own.

lmao....Dude, even with excision there is no guarantee that it won't come back though.
