ive been trying to do one since last night, and i cant seem to get it down. i start off in 'sprinters' position with my hands out front, and one leg pretty close to my legs and the other pretty stretched out. then i just push up with the leg closer to my body. i can get up and pretty straight, but thats about it... i fall and in very random directions. i did this for a few hours until my thighs couldnt take it anymore, which is nice cause my wrists can take it... i thought they were dead...
anyways, anyone have any tips? am i doing it completely wrong? ________ Honda Phantom |

make usre your hands are behind your head so create a triangle shape with ur head and hands, its the same for heastands ________ clear trichomes |

I learned that all from skatboarding....some of the positions you land in just to make sure you don't fall, hehe... |
