I opened up this thread, and it was full of blood.
We're trapped in the belly of this horrible thread,
And the thread is bleeding to death.

Great song.

Congratulations, you have awful taste in music.
What you posted can barely be called music. It's like a 10 year old who's picked up a bass for the first time.

Two things, you don't get to have an opinion because english people have bad taste in general, and well, you just have awful taste is all.

Swans/Micheal Gira are pretty highly regarded by lots of musicians and have had a huge influence on music...even if many people don't know about it. (Due to having bad taste.)

Oh come on, everyone knows Americans have the worst taste possible. Your facial hair, the way you dress, your houses, cars, it's everywhere.

You only think that because of your own inability to discern good from bad. And you brits only wish you had the testosterone to grow mighty facial hair like us.

You win on the car bit though, well, the japanese do anyhow.

And about the clothes...

Here let me put this in words you might be better able to understand.

The important bit is that he dresses like a brit, we don't dress like that.

Congratulations, you don't understand what music is?

Seriously, what was that? One chord, bad vocals and a cymbal borrowed off the battery bunny.

You're british too, your opinion means nothing, so little I didn't even read it.

I'm fairly certain it was the same old bs you usually spout off about though, suffice it to say, unless you listen to complete trash, the people who's music you listen to, they probably listen to the Swans.

I would not find it difficult to believe that you probably listen to complete trash though.

I can't decide if you're stupid enough to believe the things you say, or stupid enough to think that I would believe you didn't read two lines of text.

At first I thought he was having a laugh like he always says he is. Like an extreme form of banter. But honestly, i'm not sure. That song was really not my thing and I findit hard someone couldlike it as a peice of music unless you really liked the lyrics.

Eh, I'm not one of the ones that runs around claiming everything is "banter" to excuse myself for being an as$, and I prefer you don't associate me with the people that do.

The british stuff was a bit of a laugh though.

But, I DO like it, it's great, I suppose however, that liking noise and no wave are prerequisites (and having good taste).

Like it or not Micheal Gira influenced a fair bit of music you common rabble like.

Wow that song really was **** after all (tinomen)

I don't think one note repeating itself should be called music even if it technically is

What you think is really worth squat.

You seem to have a very constrained definition of what music is.

Do you also call yourself a music lover by any chance ?

And reading replies in this thread, it's not just you.
