Is there actually a DRS zone on this track? There's hardly enough straights...

Singapore GP Second Practice

1. Sebastian Vettel - Red Bull 1:48.340

2. Jenson Button - McLaren 1:48.651

3. Fernando Alonso - Ferrari 1:48.896

4. Mark Webber - Red Bull 1:48.964

5. Lewis Hamilton - McLaren 1:49.086

6. Paul Di Resta - Force India 1:49.300

7. Nico Hulkenberg - Force India 1:49.339

8. Nico Rosberg - Mercedes 1:49.790

9. Felipe Massa - Ferrari 1:50.039

Big new upgrade for Mercedes doesn't seem to be working well! , Alonso seems to be outdriving his car again also, but you never know.

Nah, Massa is a lemon. I do not believe for a minute the F2012 is as bad a car as some people have made out.

It was at the start of the season, it just got quite a bit better during the season and it has fitted the bad weather conditions quite a bit better [compared to "normal weather" performance] than the rest

Funny, Maldo did an awesome lap, the Williams is better on it's tyres than the McLaren in these conditions, so Hamilton may be nervous by Maldo near the end of the race as well.

Red Bull failed in strategy, they didn't push hard in the first run, and the track left everyone at the end of the qual.

Why would Hamilton be worried? As long as he stays ahead of Alonso by an average 6p/race Hamilton will win the championship.

I wonder whats up with Lewis. Two race weekends now where he doesn't seem that happy after great results. It can't be all this transfer talk surely.

When he's like this, it's when he's most focused. Pokerface.

So you don't think Maldo will make Hamilton nervous by being able to punt him off the road?

He'll be on the slower side at the start. Vettel and Alonso should be more worried.

I think Maldonado will be on his best behaviour. He said after Spa he was getting in to too much trouble and he had a quiet race at Monza

Got to hand it to Maldonado, he's one of the most dangerous and erratic drivers in F1, but there's no doubt he can be bloody quick!

If only his average race pace or his races were better, Williams would be deservedly much higher up in the championship.
