I wouldn't by either to be honest, both are total rip off compared to the Nexus 7.

The keyboard dock is separate (and another $100+), unless I'm mistaken. As for the Nexus 7...I want a 10" screen. Rumors have a Nexus 10 sometime in the coming months, so I might wait and see.
