I won't suggest that we debate resolution since we all know 8K won't even be enough for some people's handheld device.
I could go a touch bigger than my S2's 4.3" screen. Maybe 4.5-4.8. Anything bigger, and I think it would turn into a two-handed device for me. |

I'm about to get an SIII soon and I think it's screen is about the max I would go for. Minimum for me is probably 4".
My brother on the other hand would love to get the biggest screen he can get. Because he is disabled, it stays mounted and powered by his wheelchair. Since he has trouble manipulating his finger, bigger screens make things easier for him. |

Text must be readable from 2 miles away, minimum.
![]() I jest. But tbh it depends on what I want to use the phone for. If I'm just making calls and texting, screen size is almost irrelevant. If I'm playing games, surfing the internet, or watching videos, I'd almost always rather be doing it on a tablet or bigger. |
