Therefore yesterday i decided im tired of being fat. I actually do lots of training with my friends but never appear to get anywhere. While i was restlessly sleeping during sex these specific things beginning today therefore i determined Number soft drink Number junk food (though i just are ff about once within the last 14 days) Number alcohol Number previous 8 Number smoking (im gonna begin with restricting myself to about 5 each day) Number sugar more workout more fruits more sleep Therefore ideally I will get it done and not die! heh. im just tired of being just a bit heavier than I ought to be. (about 30 pounds approximately) other people have any ideas? UPDATE: week 1 = 6lbs dropped Revisit Honda X4
