Reduced version of the reason for my present frustration. Customer: Are you able to help? I can't get online at all. Me: OK, have you been having difficulty wirelessly or born? Customer: Both! I can't get online no real matter what we do! Me: OK, I.. Customer: If my dongle is put by me in though I will access it! Me: Ah, I see, which means you are connecting via a special broadband dongle? Customer: Number! Me: A Radio dongle? Customer: Yes! Me: OK, therefore is this a notebook? Customer: Yes! Me: I see. So you can't get online with a wire, but can if your wireless adapter is plugged by you in? Customer: Number! Me: You cannot get online wirelessly? Customer: Number! Only if we drive the cable in! Me: OK, you're puzzling me here. You cannot get online with the dongle? Customer: Number! Me: But you could when you connect the cable in to your community interface? Customer: Number! It'll perhaps not let's get on the web no real matter what we do! Me: Are you able to get online at all? Customer: Only with the dongle! Me: But you just said it'll not allow you online? Customer: It'll perhaps not! Me: Are you able to get online with the Wireless dongle? Customer: Yes! Me: But you just said you can't? Customer: I can't! I won't be let by it on the web! Aren't you listening? Me: OK, you will have to create the machine set for me to check out. I can't assist you to within the telephone. *brain explodes*
