I got a bruised tissue in my own shoulder.It affects when i move it and I'm making it to move.This happend when i was on my method to PE( at college) and i triped,did a berral move and struck my shoulder.As quickly as i went into my car( to move home,bout 4:00) I Needed/wanted a X-ray.Thats how i discovered i got a bruised tissue.
