Default When is just a coup legitimate?
WA What Berry has didn't notice is that the Supreme and Congress Court of Honduras required his treatment of energy. Zelaya was attempting to modify the constitution to permit him in which to stay office for another term.
Wait a sec, aren't you the same man that was fighting not 1 week before that any Amendment approved under Article 5 of the Constitution doesn't actually "count" until the voting public supports it? However now when someone suggests a referendum where the voting public can decide whether to modify a term limit, that's "usurping" energy? How are you going to weasel using this pleasant little paradox?
