Nearly per month ago today, i gained an x1900 xtx on e-bay, and the vendor chose to simply take my money and perhaps not reunite any e-mails or deliver them out. after 2 1/2 months i submitted a contest with paypal, and then recently moved it down to a state. Prior to the state is determined in my own favor the contract for him to react is tomorrow. Today i've when paypal checks my income will be removed from his consideration a sense, and they'll tell me there's nothing they may do. I understand a number of you've handled this before. Because it wasnt precisely pocket change that i dropped, is anybody in a position to guide me where i may get from here. Any aid is greatly appreciated.
