I published the below overview & links for Cronos' line on this some time straight back, although I ain't no scientician therefore go with a grain of salt:
Drugs apart, it never hurts to visit GNC and acquire some nootropic supplements; all of the natural material is simply expensive placebos at worst or have experienced pending screening at best, but supplementing endogenous such things as Coenzyme Q10, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, L-Cartinine, Lecithin, DHEA, Tyrosine, Creatine, Inositol, Phenylalanine, etc. is more reliable, based on how much of every you receive from regular diet (Q10 and Omega-3 are on average poor even yet in what's considered a healthy diet, Lecithin to some lesser degree, others not-so much, but undoubtedly all will be a increase if your typical daily options are between Ramen and Easy Mac). There's also some discussion about the recommended daily quantity of Ascorbic Acid regarding cognition; for example Linus Pauling suggests 60-180 times the DRI. So far as natural material, the common Ginkgo Ginseng and Biloba possess the most scientific support and when I tried them for per week each, but nothing coming near to prescription medications obviously they did give even more power to me and emphasis. I've observed a stronger impact from green tea, which can be supported by research demonstrating that Theanine has intellectual results distinct from the caffeine/theobromine/theophylline also in tea. I'd also recommend blueberries or raspberries for high Anthocyanin information. I've seen some good stuff about Gotu Kola, Mucuna Pruriens, Galantamine, Vinpocetine, Huperzine-A, Waterhyssop, Royal Jelly, Yohimbe, Areca Nut, Rosemary, Salvia, Siberian Ginseng, and Vitis Vinifera, but I've not done enough research on which is garbage or not to suggest something. Some human and animal studies on some of these appear promising, but no slam-dunks AFAICS.
Oh and how may I omit Kinshuk: It's stated that the tree is just a type of Agnidev, God of Fire. It had been a consequence directed at Him by Goddess Parvati for troubling Hers and Lord Shiva's solitude.
