I'm living alongside Paris, and I find Bat Nam fairly warm, from everything you say. For-a so densely populated town, it does seem good, and it sure is good to own a pleasant beach nearby. Noise isn't too bad in the event that you purchase double-windows, and offense occurs in most large town.
