I've been likely to Fitness First significantly because the beginning of March with of a 6 week break-through vacation then disease but I am only getting back to it. I'm just after losing some weight and getting healthy and I was thinking just how much everyone does. I strive for a minimum of 4 trips weekly doing approximately 1hr of cardio betwwen the bicycle, treadmill and x coach, all centered on heart rates (exercised by an excellent instuctor) used by about 2-0 mins resistance work, using between 10-50 and 1200 kcals per treatment with either 4-5 o-r 50-years of this being fat (according to my polar f11) What do you do this you find best? I'm seeking to change things a little.
