I knew you'd come in & say that. The "new" Simpsons episodes really aren't that bad. Sure, they're not as good as they once were but they're definitely still enjoyable & not as bad as some people make out.

Now, for my opinion on the topic, I don't think this is as bad as some of the others are saying but basically reiterate Revolvers point, it pretty freakin' lame that they used Ke$ha's 'Tik Tok' for the first ever official/real song to be used as a Couch Gag/during the opening credits. It seemed to me to be more of like to be used as a commercial... but then the TV appeared at the end of the clip. While I've not yet seen this episode, it is a bit lame for said song to be used as a Couch Gag.

Regardless of the song though, it was pretty well made. And, while we all know & love the classic Simpsons-style intro, what they did for that Couch Gag would definitely be something along the lines of what they should aim to do for a new intro if they decide to do one in the future. I know they recently re-did with the Simpsons now being broadcast in HD, but it's pretty much still the same basic intro.
