this guy is a [insert political affiliation] hero (nothing to support the claim)
standard flamewar startpoint: pick up a bad guy (hitler, mao, anyone who's not hip at the moment) and pretend he's some sort of folk hero to all the people on the opposing viewpoint, wait for angry refutations and angrier counter-attacks turns out that this guy is also a child molestor (based on single accusation made only after nationwide negative publicity) trolling 101: pretending that a wild and serious charge made by a single person with no additional proof automatically means that someone is guilty of said charge, wait for annoyed corrections this is a troll thread, right? 0.8/10 |

Gee, you know that guy who raped a llama yesterday? He's a liberal hero! Those libruls sure know how to pick heroes!! And what's worse, turns out that he also eats donkey **** -- here's a news article which clearly states that a so-far anonymous source is saying that he eats donkey ****. Man, librul heroes first rape llamas and now it turns out they eat donkey **** too, way to pick them Democrats.

Shooting a threat to society like Trayvon Martin makes Zimmerman a hero. Refusing to go public when you are supposedly "sexually assaulted" FOR NEARLY A DECADE makes this accuser a coward. They know they'd never get a conviction on this girl's lies so they want to use it now to pollute the jury pool for the murder trial.

ANYone who eats Skittles is a threat to all of humanity. I'm not sure why the fact he was holding skittles is relevant? Do you think someone who recently purchased skittles is not capable of assaulting someone else within an hour of that purchase? Or is it two hours?
In fact I'm not sure why anything you say on the topic is relevant. Loser. Girls are cowards. Let's rape'em! I never worked in criminal law, thank god, but one of my friends was a public defender and I went to one of his trials before getting lunch with him. Basically, a woman's word that she was raped, even in the absence of physical evidence and even months after the alleged rape, was enough to get his client put on trial. It was over by that afternoon, convicted, done deal. I'm generally in favor of the system but it's far too easy to allege rape and ruin someone's life, largely because of douchebags like you who view burdens of proof as part of the 'war on women' or whatever. |

The fact that when confronted with the accusation in 2005 he apologized might be relevant? |

I think the prosecutors realize they don't have much of a case for second-degree murder. There's just not enough evidence to convict. You have one witness, the suspect, who was clearly hit by the victim (broken nose, cuts on back of the head) and no evidence that the guy is racist. You might be able to get him on involuntary manslaughter, maybe.
