Default What Did you Do When 'Poly went Down?
When to the House of Commons. Met Paul Boateng. Attended the launch of a project I'm volunteering on. Saw some hunky policemen. Walked around a very cold Westminster Hall. Read three books. Had some Nigerian food. Walked a lot. Didn't buy an African mask. Volunteered at a charity shop. Walked through Trafalgar Square and Soho (day after the Chinese New Year celebrations- pretty decorations everywhere). Talked about the possible cultural influences on the relief work decoration on Benin/Yoruba bronzes.

Well done. I will admit that I checked over there yesterday, but just to see if anyone knew what the status of this place was. No I didn't post.

I actually think it's a pretty good show.

Then again, I'm not a Trekkie, so maybe someone who is more of a fan found something worth something there?

Yeah between that and the fact that I always liked Scott B., kept me watching it longer than I probably should have. (and even then it wasn't that many episodes before I gave it up)

Scott Bakula is good. It's also a bit nostalgic for me. I watched it with my parents when I was a kid.
I watched about half of Enterprise, I think. The best episodes were the ones where they found a way to get the Vulcan out of her uniform.
Don't forget the times the comm officer lost her shirt

Yes, that was good. I thought the fourth season was great--apparently, they got a new head writer for those seasons. The final episode sucked balls, though.

Wasn't it cute how they thought the new posters would stay?
It was rather that people wanted to be nice to you and some of you shat on that hospitality.

I refuse to even lurk at the panda pumper site given that Solver was such an unbelievable dick he banned me literally for doing nothing at all justifying it by saying I might do something wrong in the future. Yeah, **** you too, Solver.

Increased the traffic @ WPC 10-fold

Increased the blood pressure of moderators over there by the same amount...
Don't flatter yourself, BK's there now.

Also, Sparky misspelled "masturbate."

The Polytubbies who visited WePlayCiv quite resembled an incursion of rampaging huns.
(myself excluded of course).
