You guys throwing names around have missed two of the bigger ones:

Newt Gingrich - serial adulterer and worse (currently in office, dysfunctionally running for POTUS)
Gary Hart - extramarital affair (run out of town on a rail, despite the fact he was the clear Dem frontrunner in '87)

I like Bill Maher's take on Wiener last night, saying he had taken political sex affairs to a new low -- not because of what he did, but because he didn't even get laid.

Maher and Jane Lynch then did a full dramatic reading - verbatim - of one of Wiener's sexting exchanges. Totally worth the 4 minutes - hilarious!
