"No words describe what we [the Patriots] feel at this point …You can say it's just a game, but at end of the day we had an opportunity to be special and we let it slip away. It's disappointing that we came so close to being special ... we're second class.

That's the sign of a champion, what [the Giants] did …"

I knew the Giants could do it!!!

Play of the game...Manning's ability to keep his stance under pressure and make a pass completion to Tyree, one word BEAUTIFUL

As I read more articles about the game yesterday, I am even more amazed at how impossibly incredible that feat the Giants pulled off was.

Apparently David Tyree isn't even a regular wide receiver. He's mostly a special teams player and what's even more startling about that unbelievable catch was that according to Armani Toomer, Tyree had been "dropping catches" all throughout Friday's practice.

Looking at the photos of the play, he had a Patriots defender on him literally trying to strip him of the ball, which he barely had control of to begin with, so for him to have caught it like that was nothing short of incredible. This is not even mentioning how close Eli came to getting sacked before throwing the ball to Tyree.

Nothing short of miraculous.

"I admit, before the game it did seem like overkill to coat my helmet in glue, but it payed off." - David Tyree (not really)

Giants Baby!

Just starting to recover from our 25th Super Bowl party. No work today...or tomorrow.

Gotta go to a parade (after voting).
