Default A World Without People
Not sure if you have seen this already, but I thought it was worth a few seconds of your time . . . Scientific American had an article about 2 weeks ago about what the world would be like without humans and it has a focus on what would happen to New York City. Most interestingly, it indicates that the subways would fill with water within 2 days as the MTA pumps out 13 million gallons of water from the subway each day! There are some simple images and even a short video.

Maybe they should do this a couple of times a year, to clean up the subways a little.
