Do you even know what the meaning of tipsy is? It is not drunk, by definition. Drink 2 pints in half an hour and you will discover what tipsy is.

We're not talking about people getting a bit "tipsy" after 2 pints, we're talking about people consuming pint after pint after pint and then probably puking in the street.

Bungle, while you are sat in your mothers basement varnishing her toenails, or whatever the **** it is you do on a Friday night, I am out and about. I have already acknowledged that there are a lot of idiots about that can't handle their alcohol. Here we have a perfect example of bunglevision. You cannot and will not understand that some people can handle their drink and have a jolly good time and some people are idiots and make a show of themselves in public.

You have obviously been brought up to believe that there is only right or wrong, and no degrees of separation in between and that is a great shame.

Let me put this to you very simply.

Some people are an embarrassment and shouldn't be allowed to drink for their own or anyone else's safety.
Some people get drunk and you would never know unless they took a breathalyser test.

It is becoming very clear why you are still in a junior position at a local authority.

Sloshing it back so fast you can't taste it, making a fool of yourself and who knows what else, waking up with a massive hangover - oh what fun you must have......
