The power of 2MP camera.

Just shows that megapixels aren't everything.

And I hope they would drop that pano word out. Just say panorama. Pano means *uck (And I don't mean duck) in finnish and it makes me horny.

I'm sure it took thousands of shots from that 2MP camera to create this image. 2MP might not mean everything but in this case it certainly was a bottleneck.

Either way, this is seriously amazing! Gave me goosebumps.

I don't think it would matter what word they used. Just the idea of Mars and three breasted females is plenty enough to make any man horny.

Even Arizona doesn't look like Arizona all the time.

Amazing. Curiosity looks so fragile, I can't get my head around it being out here doing stuff.

Me neither, buzzing around all those miles away on it's lonely journey, exploring a planet on which the human race has never ventured.
If only robots had feelings, it's utterly oblivious to its magical surroundings.

Yeah I was thinking that. It may be another planet but it shares the same sun

In which browser? Funny, on my work PC it barely nudges the CPU in Firefox 3.6 (yeah, 3.6!) and that only has a C2D, but my i7 at home on Firefox 12 sends the fans screaming. On Safari under OS X, not even a quiet burp.

Actually, the sun and most of the sky weren't taken by the rover. The creator of that panorama took a sample of the sun from another rover and implemented it here. Still nice though.
