What's good at the bottom of the scale? I just need to park a couple of domains and set up some POP3 accounts for as cheap as possible for some personal projects. I asked Rackspace for a quote on their cloud server as we already have several accounts but they quoted me more a month than I want to pay per year! So much for mates rates!

quick check with my own hosting site learns that domain + pop/imap is 19 Euro per year.
