Yes it is, because our definition is correct in this context, yours, is not.
Not at all, your definition is incorrect, the medical definition of tone has nothing to do with having a low body fat content.

And someone with a low bmi can have awful muscle tone, I know a lot of people like that, technically they are the "ideal" weight, but struggle to lift anything heavier than 10lbs.

Let the lad feel good about his unhealthy body. Shame on you all for taking that from him.
I know I shouldn't feed the trolls, but I bet you're fatter than I am, most people in Michigan are.

I was amazed at all the fatties walking around when I lived there, you'd think somewhere with such a terrible economy couldn't support them all.

Here comes the feeding the trolls part.

This is me with my 28 bmi, and yes I could probably lift most of you up over my head and throw you.
