Default Andy Murray through to Wimbledon Final
First British man to do it for 74 years. It's on at the same time as the Grand Prix though.

That's annoying. I am on holiday at the moment and was hoping to find a pub on Sunday to catch the GP in, but I expect they will have the Tennis on instead.

Grand Prix is a joke compared to Wimbledone final (at least for me).

I hope Andy will beat Federer and bring UK the Wimbledone title after long long time.

We don't have 7-Elevens

Murray has won 8 and lost 7 against Federer. Federer has vastly more experience and has been playing incredible tennis, but Murray has the whole country behind him and can definitely win.

Firstly well done Andy!

Secondly, I haven't checked but the F1 starts at 1pm - "Usually" the tennis won't start 'on court' until 3pm. Maximum length of F1 race = 2hrs, so unless there is a weird Canada 2011 type situation the race will be over just as the first ball is hit. =)

Of course it means missing out on the post F1 analysis, but, most of the time it's usually all bulls**t anyhow.. (this from a long term F1 fan).

Race time is capped at 2 hours now, I'm very sure.

I love that stuff. I think it's interesting.

2 hours on the clock (which gets stopped if the race is red flagged), 4 hours total time.

I don't normally watch tennis, but since a Brit is i the final I might have....if the GP hadn't been on.

--- Post Update ---

The Sky coverage is due to finish at about 4.15pm, so I could just switch over then to see how things are going.

He's got a darned good chance - thing will be whether being in the final raises his game or whether it's going to overwhelm him and he's going to buckle under the pressure.

I think I may have to stay up after the F1 for a while, at least.

I love it when a Scot does well in a national competition and achieves the ultimate status of 'Brit'.

F1 starts at 1pm (assuming rain doesn't prevent start) and tennis starts at 2pm.

Federer FTW
