Default Models F-22 Raptor and Su-50 (T50) pics
I spent some time assembling, painting and detailing 2 fifth-generation multirole fighters. Scale is 1/72.

See how they looks

Well Raptor is a bit fat comparing with sleaky Sukhoi.

The maneuverability of the SU-50 may outdo the Raptor by a bit, it still is one amazing piece of avionic genius. As is the SU-50, definitely better than it's predecessors.

Any chance of an F-35? It's a very good Multi-Role. We shall see though if it will have the longevity of the F16's. Luke AFB (where I live really close to) should be getting the F-35's soon. And we will become the biggest USAF F35 training OB in the US. Only thing holding it up at the moment, for the transition, is the increased noise as opposed to the current F16 flight patterns.

I say the more noise the better. I am a Jet Head.

Model planes are cool. But model wooden ships are cooler.

Yes I can order model of F-35, but it doesn't looks good, more like rocket.

I agree. An unique airplane flew at 2,000 mph at altitudes that are still classified. The beauty named "Blackbird"

Model planes are cool. But model wooden ships are cooler.
Model woden ships cost a fortune and need a big exibition area.
Example: USS New Jersey cost $1,295

Plastic USS Constitution cost only $65 but after painting looks great

Su-47 (S-37 Berkut) is imho still one of the sexiest planes. Right with Blackbird.

Cool models, nice to see people are still enjoying them.

Back in the day I was more into WW2 bombers (Lancaster is still one of my favourite aircraft), tanks and many different cars. Also had a Corsair, Spitfire (of course), 'Nam era Huey Cobra and the Bell Iroquois gunship - all in 1/32 scale

Had a nice 1/12 scale Datsun (Nissan)240Z rally car and still have a 1/12 Porsche that's been sitting somewhere for about 30 years waiting to be finished - really must hunt it out - and a 1/24 scale German Touring race Calibra that I bought about 5 years ago to do...

This is my second come back to the plastic models.

Started around 70-es with space models Apollo, Vastok and Sputnik. Continued with 1/32 scale Spitfire Mk IX, Zero, P-40, and 1/600 scale battle ships Richelieu and Bismarck.

Late 90-es back to plastic models, paint, cement, brushes, decals, buying at one order 10 planes 1/32 scale. Took me a 2 month to finish all models; F-14, F15, F-16, F-117, JA 37 Viggen, Harrier GR Mk.7, MIG-29, MIG-31, SU-27, and SU-37. Seven years ago my house was set on fire (mistakenly) by local gang member, and my planes were damaged and thrown away. Moved to a brand new house.

Now I'm back but my problem is exhibition space and micro dust. Thinking to order customized glass hutch. Like to have a big models (1/32 scale) but just do not have enough space in my room for 10 of them.

Never know who sombetch was, the police told me only that (most probably) gang members got the wrong house. Well as update this year they find a dead body, block from that house.

My new house is about 6 miles from there (safe distance he he)

I have always wanted a RC jet version of the SR71. I just know I'd spend the $5k'ish and year or so building it just to see it slam into the ground

On the video, guy had mastered remote controls. And model in the air looks like big bad black bird from outer space.
