Some answers

Spoiler! I would guess there are no aliens running about, because it has been 2k years with no food. With storms of broken glass, I wouldn't expect anything aliens could eat, to live. She grabbed oxygen packs as soon as she stepped inside. Pretty sure that is what she was stuffing inside the bag. Maybe, maybe not. Just because there are other ships, does not mean the experiments were taking place on all of them. Maybe, they all grouped on that ship once on the planet. Who knows. As to trusting or not trusting david, what choice does she have? She is on a deserted, glass storm planet. If nothing else, david is her wilson. He is "free" now, so who knows how David will be?

Undoubtedly, the sole purpose of this movie was to give us a bit of lore and set up the next one. What was not the purpose of this film was characterization and story development. I didn't give a **** about any of them. OK, maybe the black guy from the wire, but that had more to do with my love of the wire. In all truth, I think it would have been much better if we saw everything from david's perspective. He is the only one they even tried to develop, and just barely at that.
Spoiler! Well that explains the oxygen, makes sense. Also fair point about it being 2k years, but they Aliens lay eggs ( not those metal container things ) and even if they died there should be some skeletons or something. The only evidence of Aliens was the saliva splattered on the door that David found. With regards David, she wanted the other ship destroyed to stop it reaching Earth, so surely she would sacrifice herself using the same principle rather than trust an obviously untrustworthy David not to take her back to Earth?
