Default more home made beef jerky
its being dried now. added some ghost pepper for some bite also soy sauce .....worchseter brown sugar and a few other ingredients. started last night with being in the mood for some jerky was going to buy it premade and then decided to make it my self

Ooooohhhh. I haven't had home made jerky in a while. Please do post pics when you're done.
I saw an episode of Good Eats a few weeks back where AB made jerky with paper-media furnace filters and a box fan. Made me want to try it.

i make it that it is so spicey ya almost cant eat it.also like some sweetness in it and a bit of every flaver lots of contrast lol it cost me 20 bucks for about 10 ounces of dryied product. a course it shrinks a lot.the secret to good jerky is the most lean meat u can find

Deer jerky is good. Ever had Elk meat? Now that is some game taste. But AMAZING texture, lean, and great as steaks. I find Deer Jerky to be better than Elk Jerky.

ill try anything had buffalo last year.it was pretty good.next i want to try kobe beef or something as good as kobe.prime rib being my fav cut
