That confused me a bit too. There's a huge difference between someone who is drunk and someone who is attempting to bake themselves inside their own skin.

I read a headline months ago about some kid who smoked GWH-018 (synthetic THC replacement) and got lung burns.

Reading through the article you get clear idea that this kid got lung burns from smoking K2 or something, then they mention briefly that he smoked it through a plastic pez container.

He could have smoked tea through a pez container, it would still have burned his lungs.
