Default Norton Internet Security 2011, 3 Computers,1 Year Sub - Only £8.99 at Amazon.co.uk
Just giving a heads-up too this offer, just incase anyone's current Subscription(Norton or any else) was nearing it's expire time -

Link - Deleted!

Get the latest 2012 security updates for this software
Upon successful installation and registration of this product, visit the Norton Update Centre: http://updatecenter.norton.com/?NUCLANG=en and follow the simple instructions to get the most recent security updates for this software. So essentially once installed and updated, your basically paying for Norton Internet Security 2012 at a bargain price.Cheer's.

Edit - Amazon link removed due too clear-cut unpopularity here,I guess I should reconsider my next thread now, -EA/Origin devotees/supporters & appreciation thread!
Also this Norton product was released 18+Mth's ago,so I'm assuming this was a last batch too clear at relative cheap price(uncertain thou, possibly wrong).Intel purchased McAfee for 8 Billion, are they also technophobes.

Yep it's a bunch of malware slapped together into one nasty package. Fails to clean an infected system and it's un-uninstallable.

Three points to the OP for trying to lure people into buying that POS.

Anyone in Tech that knows anything knows that software suite is by far the biggest joke ever. Doesn't work, slows the system down, gives tons of false positives, hard to uninstall, expensive, doesn't remove most malware, slow to keep up with free software such as malwarebytes antimalware and spybot. It's just crap.

Hmm. Never had an issue removing Norton using the Removal Tool. I use the removal tool for every AV if there is one.

I purchased it on Monday,at that price...,namely because I'm a cheapskate,my current software McAfee, which has been without fault since I've been using it,has almost nearly expired.Amazon was selling the latest McAfee for £25,and the online renewal price is double at £50!.I'll haven't had Norton software for several year's,Norton back then was fine as I recall,£8 for the world leader in Internet Security is seen as real bargain to a freeloader(me). The Amazon reviews(280) from what I can work out are atleast 9/10 satified with this version of Norton. The only Internet software I've personally had problem's with is Kaspersky(probably not agree with me,maybe Kaspersky is the best in your view),basic interface and kept sporadically turning the firewall off after each update without notice, also the update process would fail half the time.Norton,McAfee and even Bullguard Security have never given me these problems in the past, professional interface, scanning procedure, speedy updates without failure and prompt e-mail/online help assistance if needed. You Guys might be right about Norton,Idk,however I would rather paid a few buck's for Norton with solid customer reviews, then try one of the free options over the internet, just my personally preference. Also I think add-ons too Firefox and Chrome over years, specifically NoScript and Adblock plus,is just as essential in combination as a good choice firewall/AV.

Again I Apologise if Norton is not popular choice here, but I still would wager a fair percentage of FM users here use Norton or McAfee. Also when I started this thread, their was only 2 stock left, they were literally sold out almost straight after I posted this offer.
Cheer's.

Are you seriously posting this drivel on a tech forum? Norton and MacAfee are the TWO WORST programs that have ever been created in the digital age. They are appalling bloated programs filled with useless trivial features. They suck up resources, run slow, and perform worse than free programs that you can download at anytime.

It is some of the worst software ever created and pretty much only exists to dupe customers out of their money.

Stop throwing your money away. Hell, Microsoft Security Essentials is free and works 100x better than Norton and MacAfee combined.

You're not going to find much love for Norton here. But I have used Symantec Corporate several times on the job, it seems to be much better than the home antivirus Symantec puts out.

I haven't used McAffee as a primary antivirus since the MS-DOS days, where I had it do a quick scan of the bootup whenever the system loaded (autoexec.bat, config.sys, etc.). I actually just removed McAffee from a customer system, it probably sped up by about 70%. I could hardly believe how fast it was after that.

Most users here probably use Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast Antivirus. Both have a very small footprint on system resources and you won't notice it's there. I've used Avast since 2005 and I gotta say those guys know their stuff. The best part is it's all free. Gaming mode on Avast is fantastic as it'll never interrupt you during the game regarding updates or new versions, making it great for tech enthusiasts who play games.

Symantec Corporate is a great little program but their consumer grade software is a no-no.

Endpoint 12 is OK, it just can't seem to trap all the fake AV stuff, At Home I use Avast and AVG. Both seem to do the job with Avast having the lighter footprint.

What really tickles me is that the OP is trying to insinuate that Amazon (a company with a multi-billion revenue) only sold the last two copies thanks to a heads-up here [rofl].
