Default Top Gear Tonight
Probably the best episode I've seen in years. It's been hilarious so far [good]

Just proved to me that the intros and events put on before the race itself were more entertaining.

I do agree, F1 could learn from NASCAR but also NASCAR could be less repetitive like Tennis.

I thought the funniest bit was the driver that won the race celebrating by donning a stetson and firing two six shooters. I know the race was in Texas, but could you get anymore American?

Seems they've gone back to reviewing cards, decent banter without the bullsh*t and "lets make everyone laugh"... best start to a series in the last 3-4 this is, lets hope it continues! [thumbsup]

Exactly! I really saw a hint of the old (series 6-7) style in the last episode and I have to say it was greatly missed. If they continue this way, we'll have top gear for a long time to come []

Yeah the last episode was a bit too far over done. It was almost American.

Normally their choreographed humor is pretty good. This time it was just way overboard and really was not funny. They normally leave at least a tiny bit of believability into the humorous scenes. This time it just came across with absolutely 0.

Don't make a stab at America and then spell humour without the u, twice.

I see you were meticulous in checking for grammatical errors in your own post before you hit reply.

DOH

EDIT:
Actually to any American I spelled it correctly

Yeah last nights wasn't as good. A bit too scripted and silly.

I did laugh out loud at the first view of Hammond's car jump edit

Yeah there were one or two LOL moments still.

I think the Mondeo might have a 2.5 turbo in Europe at least.
