Don't get me wrong, I hate SOPA, and most things Anon does I think are causes worth backing, but trying to take down Dana White? I'll be honest, I don't think he deserves it.
I mean, he's man enough to speak his mind, he doesn't try and bullshit his way out, he just says whats on his mind. And I'll be completely honest here, if there's anything that actually suffers a loss of revenue from piracy its pay-per-view events.

I mean, I'm all for trying to teach him a lesson about being greedy, but I don't see the point in releasing the guy's personal information out to the internet.

I don't condone personal attacks like Anon's, but I'll be damned if I'm going to feel sorry for a douche bag that tries to circumvent the political process with bribes.

Strongly disagree. PPV events are generally watched by a group of guys either at somebody's house or at a bar around here, I don't think I know anyone that pirates them. I mean by the time you can download it, people would already be talking about the fights and you would be missing out on the discussion.

There are a lot of european sites that stream any worldwide major sports event or fight live, you watch them as they are happening. These sites typically last a year or two before they are shut down, then they just open another one under another name and start the process over again. Apparently, the process to make them shut these sites down takes a really long time. The quality ranges from good to poor, but there's usually multiple links posted for any event.

I think this is the first time i've heard Dana White sound like he doesn't know wtf he's talking about tbh. He shouldn't comment on things he doesn't understand and stick to promoting fights. It's also yet another misnomer to say the UFC loses money because of piracy, those who pirate MMA do so because they don't think it's worth paying for and that opinion wont change just because they can no longer watch pirate copies/streams. All it will do is decrease interest in MMA and decrease it's viewer base. Same thing happened with boxing.
