We Are Electricals... blimey what a bunch of tools. The missus ordered me another monitor for my birthday in November on the 13th November 2011, which was cancelled due to them being tools and not delivering for 10 days and making excuses. The missus hadn't obviously read any reviews on internet from these muppets! However, the refund STILL hasn't gone in, we cancelled on the 23rd November. I've actually posted the last few responses from them not Sharon but used her name... as this is a joke!They've had my money fro 45 days now and 30 working days... I'll actually post the responses from them!
So you guys had any bad experiences from companies that are still around? lets name and shame them! Why not... it's disgusting these companies can get away with this type of service and STILL be in business? incredible infact! |

Sod that - nip down to Citizen's Advice, or whatever you have, check out your legal situation - whatever they have on their site is irrelevant as your statutary rights overrule anything they have on their site. You may also want to pursue a small claims against them not forgetting any costs or penalties you may be eligible for.
BTW, what payment method was used? If a credit card, I'd've expected her to have cancelled the payment when cancelling the order. As far as I can see, they're taking the Micheal - if they called up the account to check her account, they could have cancelled it then - in the meantime, they're using her money interest free! |
