As usual, European racism comes out.

And just so you know, Hera's claims are about average IQ being low. All the non-Chinese/Japanese/Koreans/Jews/Northern Europeans are inferior because they have low average IQ's and the smarter outliers will invariably have descendants who regress to their low means. To him, there is no cultural explanation; purely genetic.

What I find interesting is that his IQ data correlates with GDP per capita. He has a few exceptions like some of the small Arab emirates (though the Arab elite are a minority in these countries so I'm not sure who the national IQ represents), but for the most part, the middling countries as diverse as all the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, Spain, Portugal, Greece, the Islamic world, the Balkans, Eastern Europe except for Poland, etc. all have average IQ's in the high 80's/low 90's. Then you have India and SE Asia with it in the mid-80's. Then sub-Saharan Africa in the high 70's. It's almost like if you had a scale and were comparing the economic wealth of each country, the IQ ranges would fit perfectly.

Call me stupid but it's obvious what's going on here but Hera and his racist ilk don't see it. We know it's not that the average IQ of the population is the cause for the low GDP per capita since there's a multitude of better explanations for the GDP disparities. Rather, the poverty of a country is influencing its average IQ's.
