Also, I see you are king at selective quoting Helps me stay on subject when I actually respond to what someone has said, you should try it because you seem quite lost. That little rant about me suing McDonalds was

Incidentally, there's a bad case of excluded middle here. There are alternatives to "dying patients don't get painkillers" other than "selling heroin like 'twas ice cream".

Looking around a bit, there seems to be little reason to use heroin as a painkiller anyway. It doesn't do anything before the body's broken it down to morphine anyway, so if morphine doesn't help someone, heroin won't either.

I've read over and over again what Spec said about McD and nowhere is he suggesting YOU sued them. He said I sued McDonalds? No, he compared me to someone who did sue. To which I responded with:

Where have I suggested you sue McDonalds for your eating habits? He didn't answer...

I never said that you cretin. I said your arguments remind me of...You remind me of...what you say reminds me of... you compared my arguments to someone who sued McDonalds but you aren't explaining the connection. Where did I say you, me, or the lady you cited should sue McDonalds? Where did I say you aren't responsible for what you put in your body? Jesus H Christ, its my position that you and you alone are responsible and no one else is.

Spec whines about changing the subject and proceeds to change the subject

LC morphine = heroin for the purpose of this debate

Berz: one cannot be addicted to food. Oh good, we can all stop eating then.

You should consider your attitude to life. Do you do sports? Golf, my old knees wont allow for baseball/softball/basketball now. Playing hours of basketball on concrete tore my knees up

ban basketball !!!

Well, duh. Making our decisions is pretty much what governments do. It's what they're for.

dont hide behind "society", you've decided. But to answer your question, it aint society feeling the pain. It aint society that dies when someone in alot of pain take their life because Kidicious decided they dont need those painkillers.

Thats up to me, I'm the one in pain. Doctors can tell who is in pain and who is just addicted and wanting to get high. Indeed, many people are not in pain and say they need pain killers like morphine. I trust doctors.

Berz, if you are arging that the drug addicted patients are going to make a better decision than a doctor or even the govt regulatory agency I think you are going to have a very bad argument. If you are just trying to nag me about not accepting your libertarian moral code/ideology then you are waisting your time.
