There be no wet back here.
You do realize that there were Mexicans all around Texas, California, New Mexico, and Arizona before America took over those areas? Not all Mexicans are wetbacks although you can always differentiate the 'White' Mexicans from the immigrants in a heart-beat.

Al, you're a stupid ****.
You're the one who gets all "there be no wet back here" when someone accuses you of Mexican ancestry.

What a bunch of racist bastards, I would have to KH in particular would be applauding Mexicans for their ingenuity and drive to better themselves and earn as much as they can for excessive hours without any decent employee rights - surely that's a model KH worker right there!?

Not to mention the fact that Slowwpoke and Oerdin can hardly blame them for flooding back into their states when it was the Americans that stole them from Mexico in the first place - they're just homesick...

Whatever, it's still true. How can you blame Mexicans for wanting to live in a land many of them probably think is part of their birth right?

Slowwie should understand the concept, being that he is pro Israeli and all that.

I don't think that's got anything to do with it, I think it's 99.995% economic migration. If Mexico was as rich as the US there'd be no issue.

Actually, I think if Mexico was as equal as the US, there'd be no issue. Granted, the US is the richest country in the world by a longshot but Mexico is the 14th biggest economy and is middling per capita (it's between Brazil and Argentina), but wealth is not distributed well. It's one of the world's most unequal economies.

Nonetheless, income inequality remains a problem, and huge gaps remain not only between rich and poor but also between the north and the south, and between urban and rural areas. Sharp contrasts in income and Human Development are also a grave problem in Mexico. The 2004 United Nations Human Development Index report for Mexico states that Benito Juárez, a district of Mexico City, and San Pedro Garza García, in the State of Nuevo León, would have a similar level of economic, educational and life expectancy development to Germany or New Zealand. In contrast, Metlatonoc, in the state of Guerrero, would have an HDI similar to that of Syria.[143] According to a 2008 UN report the average income in a typical urbanized area of Mexico was $26,654 a rate higher than advanced nations like South Korea or Taiwan while the average income in rural areas (sometimes just miles away) was only $8,403, rate comparable to developing countries such as Russia or Turkey.[144]

Really? Its Gini coefficient is similar to that of the US. That's only one measure of the income distribution but it certainly doesn't seem to indicate that "inequality" is much more prevalent in Mexico than in the US.

The biggest difference between the two countries' income distributions is simply the scale.
My data was outdated:

Check the difference between Mexico and the US in the 80's and 90's. Also note that Mexico and Brazil have the highest Gini coefficients of those countries shown.

Looks like there is a progressive convergence between US and Mexico.

By the way, I note that you haven't gone back to the Gary/Cincy discussion where I posted actual crime statistics that show the two cities being fairly similar...

Sinaloa is about as far from the US as you can get in Mexico yet it's been rocked by violence and assassinations with the cartels practically running the state.
