Hello everyone ,
So , I started doing gymnastics again . My shoudler dislocated so I started to concentrate on my flexiblity because it was the only thing I could do for about 2 ( almost 3 weeks ) . So I'm currently trying to get all my splits ( but I'm sure I'll never be able to get my middle one though ) I was wondering if anyone have any tips or routine for your flexibility . Special exercices , timing and all . I hope there wasn't already a thread about that , if yes , sorry ![]() |
