Osteoporosis is a condition that leads to fragile bones. If you have osteoporosis, you have an increased risk for fractured bones. Bones that are affected by osteoporosis can fracture with relatively minor injury that normally would not cause a bone to fracture.

This is most common amongst post-menopausal women and caused by a lack of calcium and vitamin D intake. So, women have calcium rich diet and take Vitamin D to avoid Osteoporosis.

Milk and other dairy products like yoghurt is one of the best sources of calcium. Milk plays an important role in protecting bone health and has immense qualities to make your bones grow stronger. I suggest all women’s to drink milk on regular basis and never neglect your health. Concern to doctor if you feel anything bad there are calcium pills also, which helps to compensate the deficiency of Calcium.
