Default Low-fat cooking techniques
Hi, I am very fond of eating and I can’t control myself to eat less. And I love to eat my mom handmade dishes but they all are very rich in fat. So can anyone suggests is there any cooking techniques by with fat portion can reduce?

Hey, for low-fat baking, a non-stick pan is best, but you can also use a pan lightly sprayed with vegetable oil. If your pan is sprayed too heavily, the extra fat should be wiped off. Waxed paper can be used to line molds or baking sheets that are non-stick.

Hey friend,
If you are cooking with water, add dried herbs at the same time you add the vegetables. Fresh herbs should be added toward the end of cooking; they have tendency to lose flavour with prolonged cooking. Salt should also be added toward the end of cooking.

Vegetables used in braising can be raw, oven-roasted. Cut them into uniform pieces to ensure even cooking. Partially cover the vegetables with liquid. Cover the pot and place it over a low to medium heat to prevent burning.
