I've a pal of mine who's attempting to re-enlist and for whatever reason he is able to perhaps not. He's done two fight deployments with the Marines and throughout his last one in Afghanistan the Navy was disapproving PTS demands. He's a sailor with great potential and he's perhaps not alone.
