Hello friends, I am 15 years old girl. I love sweets very much. And I eat chocolates and sweets daily. All the members of my family said to stop eating sugar more. From the last 2 weeks I had headache and shacking problem. So I want to know is it happened because of eating too much sugar or not? Or is there any harm like diabetes if I eat too much sugar?

Hey dear, I am not saying eating too much sugar is good for health but also it’s not be the reason of diabetes especially at your age. If you can’t control on your eating habit of sugar then it’s ok but I suggest you start some exercise along with that because in sugar there are more percentage of carbohydrate so if you not exercise and sit still then you being overweight.
