Hello friends, I am 17 years old school boy. I am in 12 standards. My board exams are coming in next month so that I have to study more. But the problem is that I feel tired and sleepy very soon and can’t study more. I need some tips so that I can feel more energized and fresh. Please help me.

Hello dear, as I assuming it happens with you because you are not taking your proper sleep I guess.7-8 hours sleep is essential for the students. Otherwise they will not do their all day work properly and whole day they feel sleepy and tired. So make sure take your full sleep.

@above you are right. But dear you didn’t mention that you feeling tired in night or in day? If you feel tired and sleepy in night than do some mind exercise it fresh your mind. Try to have some coffee or tea whatever you like, it energized your mind as well as fresh your body.

Hey dear, some people take 7-8 hours sleep and that is good enough for them to energized but some people’s body need more like 9-10 hours sleep. So it depends on that. You can also take some vitamins like D3, it specially for energized your body and after that you will not feeling sleepy and tired.

Hello friend, the main reason of feeling tired is insufficient sleep. So that take full sleep which relax your body as well as your mind. Also take couple vitamin b12 pills that will help you for sure. And if this will not work for you then contact doctor immediately. Good luck.
