Default Is it good to drinking more water
Hello friends, I want to know is drinking more water is harmful for health? I drink daily water approx 5-6 liters because of my urine stone. And now I become habitual for this. But I want to know its good and bad result. If it is there any disadvantage to drink more water. Give your views. Thanks in advance.

Hey dear, there is no harm to drink more water. On the other hand it’s good because our human kidneys can takes 3-4 gallon water in a day. But I personally suggest you to take some juice and green tea also because natural fluids are good for health.

Hey folk,
@above you are right. Drinking lots of water is good for the urine stone but I also recommend you to take yogurt, Aloe Vera juice and eat salad just before your lunch and dinner. All of this helps in your urine stone because natural fluids are shows a magic in the stone problem and it’s a best remedy.

Hey dear, I am not agreed with you friend. Drinking more water is not good for health. Because anything which is taken overdose is bad for health and it works like a poison because excessiveness of anything is bad. Scientist also said that 90-100 glass of water in a day is harmful or it can kill you.

Hey dear, drinking more water is good if you drink plain water, I mean not mix with any kind of flavor. But if you want its good effect in your body then you should drink water in some specific time like after 1-2 hour of lunch and dinner. Don’t drink water after exercise. It may bad for your health.

@above you are right. I am agreed with you. Drinking more water is good for health because most of our muscles are made up of water. But I also suggest you don’t drink access of water because it may wash the minerals and salts from your body which is important and essential for good body and health.
