First of all you need to understand why your hairs getting fizzy because if there is some another reason likes pollution or dirt you need to take care of it first. Wrap a scarf when you go out, check the ingredients that are present in your shampoo. Sometimes may be due to excess of chemical hairs get fizzy.

The best remedy I can suggest is to apply some meyonaisse and put a shower wrapped around the hairs .leave it for one hour after that rinse with water and wash your hairs with shampoo. You also need to use deep conditioners to avoid such issues.

Include some good sources of protein and iron in your diet so that it can help your hairs to grow well. Good intake of protein can have a wonderful effect on the length of hairs as well as on the texture; they can surely reduce fizziness from your hairs.

Egg yolks are also good source of protein you can apply egg yolk and curd .leave it for one hour and rinse only with water .next day apply oil and shampoo your hairs. Avoid sodium laureate in your shampoo and conditioner as that can increase the fizziness.
