I built these last two articles (PT cheating and No Feedbacks) to prove a point...to those who say "WHY DO WE ARE IN NEED OF CIVILIANS TO PT TEST US."...Lieing about doing comments or simply not doing them, on PT check cheating (set possibly)...its such things as this that prove NCOs, SNCOs and Officers DO NEED oversight.... and I am prepared to bet that is just the idea of the iceburg...let me create a record of every thing we are in need of error on because 99-year of our management and administrators have no ethics. 1. OJT Records (seriously..who DOESN'T Pencil mix these) 2. Unprofessional interactions (NCO/Supervisors using their Airman) Direct consequence of being offered to early 3. Fratenization 4. Internet Based "training" SERE 101, Selfaid Buddy Care, ect.. (One individual rates through the test...gets the fail...which then offers the answer..he/she to them produces the responses down...and moves them round the area) Can anybody think of any other types of where we need private error since our NCO's, SNCO's, Officers possibly search the other way and/or are straight involved..... Today of course...I do feel good NCOs/supervisors might put an end to all of this almost Immediatly...but can that ever occur per day in age where SSgts are early 20s, TSgts are MId 20's and MSgt are Late 20's to Early 30s......i'm not too certain.
