If some of you read my "back in the line you know my PT condition. Well about 1-2 days before I broke my foot throughout squadron PT. I'm likely to be on crutches for the following 2 months and not able to operate for at the very least 2 months after that. The thing is I PT check in June and I can't afford to fail it. After perhaps not running for 4-5 weeks I dont know if I could possibly get in to running form in thirty days. I intend to begin spinning the moment it can be taken by my ankle. Every other good cardio work-outs you men know of that may be completed with a broken leg?
