Cocked and loaded. The more lag the better.

This is my preferred method. Nothing like it when the timing is on and ball effortlessly rockets off of the clubface. Unfortunately my timing has been slipping in recent years and I've had to work towards a more controlled wrist action. However, I will still try to make this type of swing if I need to hit a high shot or really spin it.
